I have over thirty years of lending experience and my business takes me throughout most of the state.  My area of expertise in residential construction lending comes from years as a Board Member of the Home Builders & Remodelers Association (HBRA) of Central CT. I have been recognized with the President’s Award from the HBRA for my dedication and support. I enjoy providing niche financing to borrowers wishing to purchase seasonal properties, as well as those who want to convert their cottage into a home to be enjoyed year-round. During the winter I enjoy skiing, and in the summertime, being by the water is where you will find me, my wife, and yellow lab. Being with my grandchildren at any time is when I am most happy!
