Business Banking eStatements FAQs

This should take care of your questions (as well as your piles of paper!).

Q: What are eStatements?

An eStatement is an electronic version of the statement(s) you currently receive in paper format.

Q: Are eStatements available on all Liberty Bank accounts?

eStatements are currently available for checking, savings and money market accounts. You may also link your Certificate of Deposit accounts to your checking, savings or money market statement so you can view those accounts electronically, too.

Q: Will my eStatement look the same as my printed periodic account statement?

Your eStatement will look very, very similar to the paper statement that is mailed to you and will include all the transaction and balance information you are used to seeing.

Q: How many months of eStatements will be available when I enroll?

Depending on when you opened your account, you will have up to 18 months of statements immediately available to you. As each new statement is generated, we will begin to create an archive of 7 years of your periodic account statements.

Q: How secure are eStatements?

eStatements are completely secure. We do not send your actual periodic account statement through email, instead we send you an email notification that your eStatement is available to view online. You must then log on to our secure web site where your account information is protected by our encryption technology.

Q: Will I continue to receive my printed statement in the mail if I sign up for eStatements?

When you enroll in eStatements, you will stop receiving a paper statement. If you wish to receive both, please contact us at 888-570-0773. There will be a monthly charge of $2 for the paper statement.

Q: How will I know when my eStatements are available to view?

For consumers: Each customer who enrolls in eStatements will receive an email notification to the email address that we have on record. To verify your email address is correct, simply log in to Online Banking and click on "User Options-Email Address".

For businesses: the email notification will be sent to the BizLink administrators e-mail address that was supplied during the enrollment process. If additional BizLink users have been added by the Administrator, with rights to view eStatements, an email will be sent to the e-mail address entered in the User’s setup.

Q: If I have an account with secondary account holders (for example, a spouse, parent or child) and I enroll in eStatements, will the other account holders receive paper periodic account statements?

No. Secondary account holders may also enroll in eStatements and view the same periodic account statement in Online Banking.

Q: Can I enroll in eStatements for only one of my accounts?

Yes. Simply select the account you wish to enroll from the eStatement drop down list and accept the terms of the eStatement Agreement. If you want to continue paper statements for one or more of your accounts, a monthly charge of $2 per account will apply. Please contact our Customer Service Center at 888-570-0773 or send us a Secure Email via Online Banking to make these arrangements.

Q: Is there a cost associated with receiving eStatements?

No. eStatements are FREE to Liberty Bank Online Banking customers.

If you wish to receive a paper statement in addition to an eStatement, a monthly charge of $2 per account will apply and will be assessed on the first business day of each month.

Commercial Analysis customers who elect to receive a paper statement in addition to an eStatement will be assessed the $2 charge through the analysis process.

Q: Can I have my eStatement notification sent to multiple email addresses?

For consumers: eStatement notifications are sent to the email address listed in the “User Options- Email Address” section of your Online Banking.

For businesses: eStatement notifications are sent to the Administrators email address that was supplied during the enrollment process. If additional users have been added, an e-mail will be sent to the email address entered in User setup.

Q: Who do I call if I have questions about my eStatement?

If you have any questions concerning your eStatement, you can contact our Customer Service Center at 888-570-0773 or visit your local Liberty Bank office.

Q: Is special software required to view my eStatement online?

This service has been tested and certified for the following combinations of browsers and operating systems:

  • Internet Explorer 7 (Windows XP and Windows 2003 Server)
  • Internet Explorer 8 (Windows 7)
  • Internet Explorer 9 (Windows 7)
  • Internet Explorer 10 (Windows 8)
  • Chrome 24.0 (Windows 7)

This service has been tested and certified with the following PDF viewers:

Q: How do I sign up for eStatements?

  1. Go to and log in to your BizLink online banking account.
  2. Click the “Online Requests’ tab at the top of your online banking homepage.
  3. Click the “eStatements” link under the category “Additional Services.”
  4. In the eStatements box, use the dropdown menu to select the checking or savings account you’d like to enroll for eStatements. Then click “Submit.”
  5. You will receive a message that you will be connected to another site.
  6. On the registration screen hit “Next” to display the terms and conditions.
  7. Read the terms and conditions and click “Accept.”
  8. If you would like to enroll more than one account, please repeat steps 2-5 above until all are enrolled.

Q: What if I want to cancel eStatements and choose to receive my paper periodic account statements again?

At any time you may contact our Customer Service Center at 888-570-0773 and request to turn eStatements off and begin receiving paper periodic account statements again. There is no charge to cancel eStatements.

Q: How do I change the email address to which my eStatement notifications are sent?

Select Administration tab within Online Banking and choose "My Profile" option and then click on "Change Email Address" to change your email address. Once you have updated your new email address, click on the eStatement button within the "Online Requests" screen and access eStatements. Doing this will update your email address within eStatements to ensure your notifications are delivered to your new email address.

Q: After I sign up, when can I expect to receive my first eStatement?

You will begin to receive eStatement notifications and will stop receiving paper statements at your next statement cycle. If your statement just recently cycled, you may receive one last paper statement before eStatements begin.

Q: How do I save my eStatement?

Your eStatement is already in a PDF format. To save a PDF file, simply save it as is to your computer. To save your eStatement as a CSV file, simply click on the “Download Data” link from within the periodic account statement you want to save. This will allow you to save the periodic account statement to your hard drive.

Q: How do I print my eStatement?

To print your eStatement, click on the printer icon that will appear within the PDF toolbar at the bottom of your periodic account statement.

Q: How long will my eStatement be available to view online?

Once you have enrolled your account(s) in eStatements, we will begin to create a 7 year archive of your periodic account statement(s).
