Q: What are Liberty Bank eStatements?

eStatements are an electronic version of the statement(s) you currently receive in paper format.

Q: Are eStatements available on all Liberty Bank accounts?

eStatements are currently available for checking, savings and money market accounts. You may also link your Certificate of Deposit accounts to your checking, savings or money market statement so you can view those accounts electronically, too. eLoan Statements are also available.

Q: Will my Liberty Bank eStatement look the same as my printed periodic account statement?

Your eStatement will look very, very similar to the paper statement that is mailed to you and will include all the transaction and balance information you are used to seeing.

Q: How many months of Liberty Bank eStatements can I access when I enroll?

Depending on when you opened your account, you will have up to 18 months of statements immediately available to you. As each new statement is generated, we will begin to create an archive of 7 years of your periodic account statements.

Q: How secure are Liberty Bank eStatements?

eStatements are completely secure. We do not send your actual periodic account statement through email, instead we send you an email notification that your eStatement is available to view online. You must then log on to our secure web site where your account information is protected by our encryption technology.

Q: Will I continue to receive my printed statement in the mail if I sign up for Liberty Bank eStatements?

Once you sign up for eStatements we will stop mailing your paper statement to you.

Q: How will I know when my Liberty Bank eStatements are available to view online?

For consumers: Each customer who enrolls in eStatements will receive an email notification to the email address that we have on record. To verify your email address is correct, simply log in to Online Banking and click on "User Options-Email Address".

For businesses: the email notification will be sent to the BizLink administrators e-mail address that was supplied during the enrollment process. If additional BizLink users have been added by the Administrator, with rights to view eStatements, an email will be sent to the e-mail address entered in the User's setup.

Q: If I have an account with secondary account holders (for example, a spouse, parent or child) and I enroll in Liberty Bank eStatements, will the other account holders receive paper periodic account statements?

No. Secondary account holders may also enroll in eStatements and view the same periodic account statement in Online Banking.

Q: Can I enroll in Liberty Bank eStatements for only one of my accounts?

Yes. Simply select the account you wish to enroll from the eStatement drop down list and accept the terms of the eStatement Agreement.  

Q: Is there a cost associated with receiving Liberty Bank eStatements?

No. eStatements are FREE to Liberty Bank Online Banking customers.  

Q: Can I have my Liberty Bank eStatement notification sent to multiple email addresses?

For consumers: eStatement notifications are sent to the email address listed in the "User Options- Email Address" section of your Online Banking.

For businesses: eStatement notifications are sent to the administrator's email address that was supplied during the enrollment process. If additional users have been added, an e-mail will be sent to the email address entered in user setup.

Q: How do I sign up for Liberty Bank eStatements?

  1. Log in to Online Banking
  2. Click the “eStatements/eLoan” tab at the top of your online banking home page.
  3. Read the disclaimer and click "OK" within the popup box.
  4. Select the account you wish to enroll.
  5. On the registration screen hit “next” to display the terms and conditions.
  6. Read the terms and conditions and click “Accept.”
  7. If you would like to enroll more than one account or loan*, please repeat steps above until all are enrolled.

*First statement will be paper for new loan customers.

Q: What if I want to cancel Liberty Bank eStatements and receive my paper periodic account statements again?

At any time you may contact our Customer Service Center at 888-570-0773 and request to turn eStatements off and begin receiving paper periodic account statements again. A $2 monthly paper statement fee will be applied to your account.

Q: How do I change the email address my Liberty Bank eStatement notifications are sent to?

Consumers: simply return to the "User Options- Email Address" section of Online Banking at any time and change your email address. Once you have updated your new email address, click on the eStatement link and access eStatements. This will update your email address within eStatements to ensure your notifications are delivered to your new email address.
Businesses: a letter signed by an authorized signer on the account must be mailed to the bank. We will then make the appropriate changes.

Q: After I sign up, when can I expect to receive my first Liberty Bank eStatement?

You will begin to receive eStatement notifications and will stop receiving paper statements at your next statement cycle. If your statement just recently cycled, you may receive one last paper statement before eStatements begin.

Q: How do I save my Liberty Bank eStatement?

Your eStatement is already in a PDF format. To save as a PDF file, simply save it as is to your computer. To save your eStatement as a CSV file, simply click on the "Download Data" link from within the periodic account statement you want to save. This will allow you to save the periodic account statement to your hard drive.

Q: How do I print my Liberty Bank eStatement?

To print your eStatement, click on the printer icon that will appear within the PDF toolbar at the bottom of your periodic account statement.

Q: How long will my Liberty Bank eStatement be available to view online?

Once you have enrolled your account(s) in eStatements, we will begin to create a 7 year archive of your periodic account statement(s).
